As a Member of the Kissel Hill Commons Community, You Receive Certain Levels of Services:
- ALL homeowners in Kissel Hill Commons have access to the clubhouse and pool. The Association also maintains the common areas of the community.
- ONLY townhome homeowners receive landscape and snow removal services for their homes.
- The maps below illustrate the areas of the Association that the Kissel Hill Commons Board of Directors are responsible for providing noted services:

The Kissel Hill Commons Clubhouse is available for residents in good standing with the Association to rent. Please read the three attachments below and/or simply complete the online Clubhouse Rental Form and virtually sign to agree to the terms and conditions of your requested clubhouse rental:
Update: at the Executive Board's September 23, 2021 Board Meeting, the following policy update was enacted:
The board unanimously agreed to charge a flat $150.00 per rental, waive security deposits, but reinforce that every homeowner agrees that any damage caused to the clubhouse due to their guests will be their responsibility and a lien placed on their property until they refund the clean-up/repairs/damages to the Association. Landlords must sign their tenant’s clubhouse rental forms. | ||||
